We understand that reaching out for help is often the most difficult step to take. If you would like help, you can self refer in the following ways:
Via our website
You will speak to an administrator who will take your referral and book a telephone appointment with one of our Practitioners.
What happens next?
If you have referred via our website or by text an Administrator will contact you, usually within 2 working days, to arrange a telephone appointment.
The telephone appointment with one of our practitioners: it is an opportunity to talk about your current situation and how this affects you. They will explain the different types of help we offer, and together you will decide how Healthy Minds can best help you.
